Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, Giambiagi winter school is temporarily suspended till further notice. We are evaluating rescheduling the school for November 2020
There are no registration fees to attend the School or the preparation course, but registration is required. Participants of the School who are working in the interface between physics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning (or related) are encouraged to present their research at the poster session.
Registration and poster abstract submission is open until July 3rd. To register, please send an e-mail to giambiagi@df.uba.ar with the following information:
- Name
- Country
- Affiliation (please state whether you are an undergrad student, graduate student, postdoc, or researcher).
- If presenting a poster: Title, authors, and abstract.
A few travel grants are available for early career scientists and students from the region who are presenting a poster. Support may include travel and/or per diem. If asking for support, please also send the following information in the registration e-mail:
- Type of support requested (travel, per diem, or both).
- A short paragraph stating your interest in the activity and the reasons to request the travel grant.
- A recommendation letter.
